RETURNS, REFUNDS AND TAXES

Our return policy lasts 30 days.

If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.

To return an item please contact us at damaartisan@gmail.com.

We will provide you with the appropriate return address (we have addresses in the USA and Mexico) and instructions.

Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items cannot be refunded.

To be eligible for a refund we must receive your item in the same condition that you received it.

We do not offer partial refunds.

Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you by email that your refund is being processed.

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on the payment method. Please consult your bank or payment platform for more details.

You are responsible for your own return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We provide free shipping to all of North America

And charge only $4 to ship everywhere else in the world. We are not responsible for any import tax or any other tax that you may be charged in the destination country.

Most packages will be delivered within 2-3 weeks, however packages can take longer to arrive.

International shipping dictates that all packages will pass through customs and border inspection. Depending on the time of year (for example: Christmas time) along with other factors, there can be delays in processing packages through customs. Go to our shipping page for more info.

We are a registered business in the state of California so Californians need to pay sales tax

Along with a few other US states. Sales tax is calculated automatically at check out.

We are not responsible for any import tax
